Temple City : More Funds to Fight Graffiti
The City Council agreed Tuesday to increase its graffiti-removal budget by more than 50% to combat what city officials said is a growing problem.
The city will spend $6,500 more this fiscal year on graffiti removal, in addition to the already budgeted $12,180.
The additional money will be used to hire a private agency to remove graffiti from both public and private property.
