Ropak Posts Loss: Ropak Corp., a Fullerton maker of plastic packaging and handling products, posted a loss in 1991 of $1.3 million, or 33 cents a share, compared to a year-earlier loss of $219,000, or 6 cents a share. Revenue rose slightly to $94 million from $93.2 million the prior year. For the fourth quarter, the company lost $1.5 million compared to a year-earlier loss of $1.8 million. Revenue declined to $19.1 million from $19.8 million.
