Huntington Beach Water Quality Organization Elects New President

Mark Hoaglin, director of marketing for Cal-Soft Water Service Inc., and its subsidiary, Cal-Pure Drinking Water Service, both of San Diego, has been elected president of Huntington Beach-based Pacific Water Quality Assn. Hoaglin will represent the organization at public meetings, policy sessions and conventions, and will work closely with members of the board of director’s 15 standing committees.
