Leslie’s Poolmart Buys Its 2 Franchise Outlets

Leslie’s Poolmart said it bought the only two franchise outlets in its 104-store nationwide network for an undisclosed amount of cash and notes.
The former franchises are in Fresno and have been operating as part of the Leslie’s Poolmart chain since they opened 17 years ago.
The Chatsworth-based company said the acquisition reflects its policy to maintain a company-owned and operated network.
