Ochoa and Picado were arrested by the Sheriff’s Department after undercover purchases of one ounce of cocaine Dec. 26 and Jan. 2 in Oxnard, Deputy Dist. Atty. Nancy L. Ayers.
Gonzales was arrested Jan. 9 when he visited an Oxnard residence that was being searched by officers in an unrelated investigation. His car was searched, and two ounces of cocaine were found in the trunk, Ayers said.
