Bush’s Address on TV Tonight

President Bush’s State of the Union address before a joint session of Congress will be televised live today, beginning at 6 p.m., on ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN and C-SPAN. The networks also will carry the Democratic response by House Speaker Thomas S. Foley (D-Wash.).
