* Brian Childs has been appointed director of leasing for PM Realty Group. In his new position, he is responsible for the marketing and leasing program for the Irvine Office Co.’s office component of Newport Center, a 600-acre business, retail and resort complex in Newport Beach. Childs previously spent six years as a senior associate for CB Commercial Real Estate Group and, before that, was an account executive with Xerox Corp.
