Motorcycle Helmet Law
As a motorcyclist and faithful helmet user, I would like to take exception with those so-called freedom bikers.
It is my opinion that the state would like freedom from them as much as they would like freedom from the state. For they would not have the state impose laws on them. They feel that they as bikers should impose their will on the state. For if you were to ask, many would tell you they would rather die than to live on as a non-functional human being. It is too bad the state ends up paying such a high price and has had to resort to depriving a few people of their rights in order to keep the many from footing the bill. Because I believe that individuals should not be able to impose debts on the state.
