Oscar Duty: Academy Award-winning filmmaker Chuck Workman, who created short film segments for the 1988, 1990 and 1991 Oscar telecasts, has been called on again. He’ll produce and direct a special tribute to comedy for the 64th annual Academy Awards March 30. The segment will include clips from more than 200 comedy movies, from the days of Mack Sennett and the Marx Brothers to current times of Billy Crystal and Robin Williams.
