The Texas Rangers signed pitchers Jeff Robinson and Jeff Sellers to minor league contracts. Sellers, a 27-year-old right-hander, has had arm problems for three seasons. Robinson, 30, was 4-9 with a 5.18 earned-run average for Baltimore in 1991 and was released Nov. 18.
