Steve Howe’s Latest Run-In With the Law

I see Steve Howe, who has already been suspended from baseball five times for drug use, has been caught again. This will surely result in another lifetime suspension for him.

I’m a bit fuzzy on the rules here. Does that mean he’ll have to sit out the first two weeks of next season before he’s reinstated? Or is it three?
