Man Shot to Death Near Lakeside

An unidentified man was shot to death Wednesday off California 67 near Slaughterhouse Canyon Road north of Lakeside, the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department said.
A witness said he saw three people leave the area in a maroon Chevy Camaro shortly after a man was shot west of San Vicente Reservoir, a Sheriff’s Department spokesman said.
There was no immediate identification of the dead man or any suspects, the spokesman said.
