Christoffer Jr. has been appointed regional vice president and manager of Eldorado Bank’s downtown San Clemente branch office, and Marilyn Buhler has been appointed vice president and manager of the northern San Clemente branch. Both were with the Bank of San Clemente when it was acquired by Eldorado Bank in October.
