Loves Premieres: The third annual Palm Springs International Film Festival scheduled for Jan. 8-15 plans a number of premieres, including five world premieres, 11 North American and 17 U.S premieres. The lineup includes the world premiere of “Cold Heaven,” a psychological thriller starring Theresa Russell and Mark Harmon.
