I found your huge headline accusing Duarte city government of ignoring citizen needs as grossly misleading.
As a 10-year resident of this city, I can vouch for the dedication and concern demonstrated by the elected officials. If there is so much dissatisfaction, we would not have reelected two incumbents to the City Council.
