Collins on Top: For the second year in a row, a song by Phil Collins has been named Song of the Year at the annual BMI-PRS awards dinner. Collins won Monday night in London for “Do You Remember.” “Two Hearts,” written by Collins and Lamont Dozier, was Song of the Year last year. The annual dinner honors PRS (Performing Rights Society) songwriters, composers and publishers of the past year’s most performed music. BMI represents songwriters, composers and publishers in all areas of music.
