Jobs and L.A.’s Gang Problem
Father Gregory Boyle’s excellent column (“Waiting to Die or Get Locked Up,” Commentary, Nov. 19) clearly points to “jobs and money, jobs and money” as the best single answer to the universally deplored problem of gangbanging.
