GARDEN GROVE : City Launches ‘Neat Streets’ Program
- Share via
Garden Grove is introducing a new improvement program for residents on major thoroughfares.
Called “Neat Streets,” the program is offering free exterior paint and home security inspections, low-interest home improvement loans, no-interest loans for landscaping and other incentives for exterior property improvements to residents who qualify.
Part of the city’s “Love Thy Neighborhood” effort, these services offer residents financial incentives to improve their property, city officials said. The program’s goal is to improve the impression visitors have of the city as they pass through on its major streets.
