Border Patrol agents seized more than $10 million worth of cocaine stashed in a tractor-trailer, a record bust for the El Centro sector, authorities said. The 664 pounds of cocaine were found in 10 burlap bags hidden behind wooden palettes stacked at the front of the otherwise empty truck, according to the Border Patrol. The truck was stopped at a traffic inspection area on California 86 about 35 miles from the border. The driver, Isaac Garcia Cota, 20, was arrested for investigation of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, said Drug Enforcement Administration agent Benny Maestas.
