Closing arguments were heard in the $11-million suit filed against Jose Canseco and his agent, Dennis Gilbert, by a baseball card show promoter in Montgomery, Ala., who claims Canseco violated the terms of a verbal agreement and breached a contract. Canseco denied the accusations in his testimony and filed a counterclaim. The jury begins deliberating today.
