Norwalk : $5,000 Reward Set for Leads on Japanese Center Damage

A $5,000 reward has been posted for information leading to the arrest and conviction of vandals who broke into the Southeast Japanese Community Center in Norwalk and painted racial epithets on the walls, the center’s board of directors said.
Sheriff’s deputies said they have no suspects. Anyone with information about the break-in, which was discovered Nov. 7, is asked to contact sheriff’s Detective J. Kuramoto in Norwalk at (310) 863-8711.
