Group Acquires Stake in Laguna Hills Company: An investment group led by Invesco MIM P.L.C. has acquired 7% of Community Psychiatric Centers, the Laguna Hills operator of psychiatric hospitals. The group, which includes the London investment adviser and a number of its affiliates, purchased 3.45 million shares over the last two months on the open market, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
