Gasoline Prices Up Slightly: Prices at the pump rose modestly in the last seven days, the American Automobile Assn. reported. The average nationwide price for a gallon of self-serve regular unleaded was $1.13, up 0.4 cent, the auto club said. Prices were lower in the Great Lakes region and the West, were unchanged in the Midwest, but rose elsewhere, AAA said.
