Santa Paula 21, Santa Clara 0--Senior quarterback Erasmo Jacinto passed for 272 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Cardinals (4-4, 2-1) over host Santa Clara (3-5, 1-2). After a safety gave Santa Paula a 2-0 lead, Jacinto hit junior Danny Alcantar with a nine-yard touchdown pass with 20 seconds left in the first half.
Eddie Rabago, who caught seven passes for 113 yards, scored on a two-yard run to give the Cardinals a 15-0 lead.
