Pool Victim, 2, in Critical Condition

WESTMINSTER — A 2-year-old girl was in critical condition Thursday after being found in a back-yard swimming pool.
Details about the near-drowning were unavailable Thursday, but police received a 911 call from a house on Marquette Street at 11 a.m., Police Lt. Bob Burnett said. Officers applied cardiopulmonary resuscitation to the child, Elizabeth Osbahr, and she was taken to Humana Hospital in Westminster.
She was later transferred to Children’s Hospital of Orange County in Orange, where she remained in critical condition, Burnett said.
