Wahlco Appoints Chief Executive

Vincent F. Middleton has been appointed president and chief executive of Wahlco Inc., the flue gas conditioning subsidiary of Wahlco Environmental Systems Inc. in Santa Ana.
He succeeds W. Clay Matthews, who will continue as a director of Wahlco Environmental and has been appointed senior vice president of operations.
In addition, Charles F. Wilson has joined Wahlco Environmental as senior vice president and chief financial officer.
The company also appointed James J. Ferrigan as senior vice president of North American sales and marketing, and Barry J. Southam as senior vice president of international sales and marketing.
