AIDS in Hollywood: The Brad Davis Fallout

Somehow, I have less sympathy for an illegal-drug user getting AIDS than I do for someone who got it from having sex or from a blood transfusion.

Illegal-drug users like Davis create a market for illegal drugs, which causes the unbelievable crime and gang problems that are destroying our once-fine cities.

Let’s hope that there will be a cure for AIDS soon, but let’s also try to keep a drug user’s death in proper perspective. Addicts die every day from AIDS, and I see no major outcry of grieving for them. Why is Davis’ death any different?
