Toshiba America Fills Posts: Michael J. Winkler has been appointed vice president/general manager of the computer systems division of Toshiba America Information Systems Inc. in Irvine. He was previously vice president, worldwide printing systems for Xerox Corp. In his new position, Winkler is responsible for all product planning, marketing and technical support for the company’s portable, laptop and notebook computers. In addition, Kenichi Yokoo has been appointed executive vice president to manage four of the company’s office automation division. He formerly served as president of the industrial electronics sector of Toshiba Canada, Ltd.
