Perceptronics Inc., Woodland Hills, has named Robert Lough vice president of marketing for systems simulation. It also has promoted William R. Neil to vice president and chief financial officer and Richard E. Vestewig to vice president for systems training and director of the Special Operations Forces Air Crew Training System program.
Before joining Perceptronics, Lough was vice president of business development of Lear Astronics Corp.
Neil, as vice president and chief financial officer, succeeds David Nelson, who resigned in late 1990. Neil continues as corporate controller.
Vestewig was previously manager of the air crew training program.
