In Need of a Taxi?: “Dear John” and “Taxi” television actor Judd Hirsch was booked for investigation of driving under the influence Saturday, a California Highway Patrol officer said. CHP officers stopped Hirsch’s car at 1:55 a.m. in Hollywood. Hirsch was then taken to LAPD headquarters, where a breath test allegedly indicated his blood alcohol level was between .08 and .09%. (California’s legal limit for driving is .08%.) Hirsch was released on his own recognizance.
