Stadium Brawl

I’m writing in regard to the article “Students Hurt in Brawl at Padres Game” (Aug. 8).
All I can say is it’s a disgrace, and if they didn’t sell beer at the stadium this wouldn’t have happened. My husband and I attend the games, and I really get annoyed when young boys and girls drinking beer get carried away and do things they probably wouldn’t have if they were “sober.” I have been drenched at times with beer being carried into the aisle.
If beer in the stadium were outlawed, it would stop all these disturbances.
