Carl D. Espy has joined Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates Inc. as senior vice president of administration. In the newly created position, he is responsible for all finance, information services, human resources, legal and general administration operations for the Mission Viejo-based company. Espy was most recently senior vice president of network operations for Prudential Real Estate Affiliates. Before that, he was chief financial officer for Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates from 1981 to 1987. In addition, Alex Perriello has been promoted to first vice president, director of affiliate services, at the company. He was previously vice president of real estate-related services at Coldwell Banker Residential Group.
