Assault charges against Roy Tarpley have been dropped because the woman whom the Dallas Maverick player was accused of beating refused to cooperate with prosecutors.
County Court-at-Law Judge Mike Peters agreed with prosecutor’s recommendations and dropped the charges last month in Houston.
