John Reid said Monday that he has resigned as the boys’ and girls’ volleyball coach at Esperanza High School to become assistant women’s coach at Gonzaga University in Spokane, Wash.
Kurt Kersten will replace Reid as the boys’ coach at Esperanza. Shawn Knetusen will coach the girls’ team.
