The Fifth Dimension?: Action-adventure fans might be glued to their TVs on Tuesday nights in the near future. Warners and MCA are set to propose the idea of a Tuesday-night fifth network featuring a block of action-packed shows to several independent stations this week, according to the weekly edition of Variety out today. The once-a-week network will offer the prime-time programs as an alternative to off-network reruns and movies.
