Ridiculous. How can it be damaging? Oh, there might be some cheap (perfumes) that still have aerosol sprays, but I doubt it very much. Probably 95% of fragrances are sold in a (pump) spray form. Otherwise you get it on your fingers, or drip on the floor.

I can see that because people are more health-conscious, and they don’t want to breathe in fragrances in the air, maybe in time perfumes won’t even come in the pump-spray form. Maybe they’ll come in the nonspray form, or in solid form, rather than breathing it in.

People think they are becoming more sensitive these days to everything around them, and that they all have major sensitivities to things they’re breathing in.

This really has nothing to do with ozone layer. You get those New Age type of people that just want to smell their own bodies rather than other things. It’s rather revolting. There are weightier contributors to air pollution than perfume. It’s such a minuscule amount that it’s ridiculous to even consider it.
