MISSION VIEJO : New Commission Has Vacancy to Fill
- Share via
The newly created city Economic Development Commission is looking to fill a seat vacated recently by former Commissioner Marianne Ye.
The five-member board reviews City Hall finances and makes recommendations on developing revenue resources for the city. Its commissioners, appointed by the City Council, held their first meeting last week.
In a letter to the city, Ye resigned, saying that she recently bought a home outside city limits. Ye also was a Planning Commission member.
Residents interested in applying for the open seat should file an application with the city clerk’s office at City Hall, 26522 La Alameda, before July 1.
