Loss of Laguna Niguel Park Rankles

After reviewing the Orange County grand jury’s report, I have read enough to convince me that our Laguna Niguel elected officials are not capable of running our city.
When you have the grand jury and the district attorney agreeing that “wrongdoing took place” in the transaction between Taylor-Woodrow and the Laguna Niguel Community Services District, which equates to a $90-million loss to the city of Laguna Niguel, then it’s high time that our city manager, Tim Casey, stepped in.
Councilman James F. Krembas and Mayor Patricia C. Bates must step down immediately, and Casey must follow through with acquiring compensation from Taylor-Woodrow for the $90-million loss.
