India Bus Plunge Kills 17

NEW DELHI — Seventeen people were killed when a bus blew a tire and plunged off a bridge into a river in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, the Press Trust of India reported Friday. It said only seven people survived after the driver lost control of the vehicle Thursday.
