Orion Confirms Bondholder Negotiations: Orion Pictures Corp. confirmed that it will enter into negotiations with its bondholders over a controversial restructuring plan and said it will postpone the deadline for approving the plan from Tuesday to July 1. The company also announced that it was indefinitely postponing its annual shareholders meeting. The financially troubled entertainment company is seeking to restructure $280 million in debt.
