Another Court Win for Developers: A Los Angeles Superior Court judge, handing Los Angeles developers their second victory in a week, has dismissed a citizens group lawsuit that sought to block the development of a massive $500-million office tower and hotel project near 7th and Grand Avenue downtown on the grounds that city officials had not fully assessed the traffic it might generate. The citizens group, A Local and Regional Monitor (ALARM), said it will appeal the decision.
