Family Members Sell Part of Campbell Holdings: Two dissident members of Campbell Soup Co.’s controlling Dorrance family sold more than 10% of their holdings, the company said. Dorrance Hamilton and Hope Van Beuren, nieces of the late Campbell patriarch John Dorrance Jr., sold 2 million of their approximately 16.6 million shares to several institutional investors. Campbell stock closed Friday at $77.75, down $1.75. Before their sale Hamilton and Beuren owned 14% of the company.
