Disarmed: Saudi arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi, known for his jet-set lifestyle, was brought down to earth by a New York judge Wednesday who ordered him to pay $750,000 to a tour group for travel bills unpaid since 1986. The judge imposed the penalty by default: Khashoggi hadn’t responded to the tour group’s suit. Khashoggi was unavailable for comment.
