Ventura Motion Picture Loses $167,042 in Quarter

Ventura Motion Picture Group Ltd. in North Hollywood, a fledgling producer of movies and television programs, reported no revenue and a $167,042 loss for its fiscal third quarter that ended March 31. A year earlier, the company lost $183,255 on no revenue.
Ventura Motion Picture, which now has three TV movies and one theatrical film in production, said it lost $485,041 in the first nine months of its current fiscal year, compared with a loss of $257,000 from Aug. 10, 1989--when the company was started--to April 30, 1990. No revenues were reported for either period.
The company is majority owned by Ventura Entertainment Group Ltd., also of North Hollywood.
