Holiday Inn Headquarters Moving to Atlanta: The hotel chain is moving from Memphis, Tenn., to Atlanta, where new owners will focus on expansion abroad, said Bryan D. Langton, chairman of Holiday Inn Worldwide. Bass PLC of Great Britain bought the Holiday Inn brand and its North American operations last year for $2.2 billion. The British brewing giant has managed Holiday Inn’s international business since 1987.
