TriCare Inc.: The Santa Ana-based occupational health-care services company posted net income of $510,000 for its fiscal 1991 third quarter, up 60% from $319,000 a year earlier. For the three months ended Feb. 28, revenue rose 74%, to $8.7 million from $5 million. Nine-month net income totaled $1.6 million, up 45% from $1.1 million for the year-earlier period. Revenue rose 73%, to $25.9 million from $15 million.
