The Dallas Morning News reported University of Texas reserve linemen Kevin Wiley, 23, and Burke Collins, 22, wrote the prescriptions for anabolic steroids seized by a pharmacist in the Houston suburb of Liberty. The newspaper said it had the handwriting on the questionable prescriptions analyzed after being told by sources that Collins and Wiley were operating a steroid ring within the Texas football team.
