Scott Frasco and Alan Kanervo have been named vice presidents of commercial loans for National Bank of Southern California. Frasco, who works out of the regional office in Santa Ana, was previously with Frontier and Sanwa banks. Kanervo, based in the El Toro office, was formerly vice president of finance for Lange Financial Corp. and vice president of construction lending for Pacific 1st.
