Curtain Falls on Broadway: Closing notices have been posted on Broadway for two Andrew Lloyd Webber productions. “Aspects of Love,†the musical starring his ex-wife Sarah Brightman, will close Saturday after 377 performances, the shortest run of any Lloyd Webber musical on Broadway. “Aspects,†which opened in April to generally negative notices, cost an estimated $8 million and little of that has been recouped. A provisional closing notice also has gone up for “La Bete,†an elaborate comedy set in 17th-Century France and produced by Lloyd Webber and Stuart Ostrow. The show, the most expensive play in Broadway history, cost $2 million to open and may close Saturday after only 24 performances.
