Big Ten athletic directors will meet Feb. 26 to discuss a proposed 1993 football schedule incorporating Penn State into conference competition.
A conference spokesman said the athletic directors would consider schedules for 1993 through ‘96, all including the Nittany Lions, who were admitted to the Big Ten last year.
Penn State Coach Joe Paterno said he has talks on hold with other schools for nonleague games and needs answers quickly to determine which direction the school will go.
